Anders Oinonen Spiritual Advisory: Part Deux Greenpoint Terminal Gallery is proud to present "Spiritual Art Advisory : Part Deux" curated by Caroline Larsen and Sarah Potter. "Spiritual Art Advisory : Part Deux" is a group exhibition of twenty-three artists exploring the Major Arcana of the Tarot. Following up their first collaborative curatorial projection 2019, "Spiritual Art Advisory" which debuted at SPRING/BREAK Art Fair to critical acclaim as a standout booth, Caroline and Sarah teamed up with Greenpoint Terminal Gallery to showcase a new group of artists interpreting these powerful cards through their own styles and perspectives. The Major Arcana tells the arc of the Fool's Journey to enlightenment, a classic trope in storytelling. These twenty-two cards show major shifts, karmic lessons, and archetypal themes occurring in a querent's life at the moment when posing a question. After a massive societal shift of transitions due to the pandemic, people are turning to spirituality and other cosmic methodologies to seek guidance and explore answers to life's challenges making now a return to this show's subject matter a timely one. |
